You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts to create an account, bid, buy, or sell through AuctionKit. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and any auction-specific terms shown before you bid.
2. AccountsAccount information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Auctions and binding bidsA bid is an irrevocable offer to purchase unless the platform expressly permits withdrawal. The closing state recorded by the platform determines the winning bid, subject to published reserve, extension, cancellation, and verification rules. Chat messages do not change a lot description, auction terms, bid, invoice, or fulfillment obligation.
4. Lot information and conditionReview the complete listing, images, condition report, pickup or shipping restrictions, buyer's premium, taxes, and estimated total before bidding. Descriptions and estimates are provided using information reasonably available to the platform. Auction-specific inspection and return rules apply.
5. Payment, taxes, pickup, and shippingWinning buyers must pay the hammer price and all disclosed premiums, taxes, handling, shipping, and other applicable charges by the stated deadline. Available fulfillment methods and pickup windows are shown in the order flow. Carrier estimates may change when package measurements or destination information change.
6. User content and lot chatYou retain ownership of content you submit and grant AuctionKit a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and process it as needed to operate, secure, and moderate the service. Content must comply with the Community Guidelines. We may preserve, restrict, or remove content and accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.
7. Prohibited conductYou may not manipulate bidding, coordinate sham bids, evade fees, solicit off-platform payment, impersonate another person, interfere with platform security, scrape protected data, upload malicious material, or use the service for unlawful activity.
8. Suspension and disputesWe may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, auctions, or the platform. Transaction disputes must be raised through the available support or dispute process with relevant evidence. Auction-specific terms identify any additional governing-law, venue, or resolution requirements.
